Early voting is underway for the May 4th local elections, and Bexar County voters can cast their ballots at more than three-dozen election sites. Tuesday was the deadline for mail-in voting, but early voting continues through April 30th. During that period, registered voters can vote at any one of the county polling sites, which include schools, libraries, churches, community centers, and city halls. VIA Metropolitan Transit is giving eligible voters free lifts to voting centers and back.
