New York Attorney General Letitia James has officially pleaded not guilty during her arraignment in federal court today.
She appeared in court in Norfolk, Virginia, where she's facing felony charges of bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution.
This all stems from her 2020 purchase of a Norfolk, Virginia, home, which she claimed would be her residence, in order to save roughly $19,000 on a 30-year loan.
Instead of being a residence for James, it appears that the home ended up being rented out to another family.
James has maintained that this is all just a result of President Trump weaponizing the DOJ against her.
