1 Former President Trump Says He's Okay With Doing Jail Time

The question of former President Donald Trump’s opinion about being sentenced to jail was answered yesterday by Trump himself. Appearing on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends Weekend” yesterday, Trump was asked about the possibility of having to go to jail, and he said he’s “okay with it”…but he had a different opinion about everyone else’s reaction. “I don’t know that the public would stand it. You know, I don’t – I’m not sure the public would stand for it.” Trump went on to say that “at a certain point, there’s a breaking point.” The former president addressed the public on Friday, blaming President Joe Biden and Democrats for his trial and conviction. Biden also addressed the issue, telling reporters that “it’s irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don’t like the verdict.” Trump made one move that surprised many…after trying to ban TikTok during his administration, he joined the platform and posted from a UFC fight over the weekend, ending the video telling the camera “That was a good walk-on, right?” As of last night, it was approaching 60-million views.

2 US Expects Israel To Agree To Proposal To End Fighting If Hamas Agrees

There may be a stop to the hostilities in the Middle East on the horizon. White House National Security Communications Adviser John Kirby told ABC News’ “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” yesterday that everyone was waiting for a response from Hamas. When asked if Israel could refuse the deal, Kirby was clear: “It is an Israeli proposal, one that they arrived at after intense diplomacy with their own national security team.” Kirby went on to say “We have every expectation that if Hamas agrees to the proposal, as was transmitted to them, that Israel would say yes.” The plan was touched on by President Joe Biden on Friday, saying the first phase would last for six weeks and include a “full and complete cease-fire, a withdrawal of Israeli forces from all populated areas of Gaza and release of a number of hostages.

3 Live Nation Waited 11 Days To Report Massive Data Breach

When news broke on Friday that a “criminal threat actor” offered user data for about 560-million Ticketmaster customers for sale on the dark web, they didn’t mention that they found out about it over a week earlier. The data breach happened three days before the US Department of Justice filed a federal antitrust lawsuit looking to break up Live Nation and Ticketmaster, which means the ticketing platform waited eleven days before letting their customers know that their data may have been compromised. The company said it’s working to “mitigate the risk to users,” and also said the incident hadn’t had “a material impact on our overall business operations or on our financial condition.”
