History was made at Wells Fargo Center during the 76ers' 133-123 victory over the Spurs. Sixers superstar Joel Embiid exploded for 70 points, setting the single-game scoring record for the franchise. The previous record was held by Wilt Chamberlain, who scored 68 points against the Chicago Bulls in 1967. Victor Wembanyama led San Antonio with 33 points in the losing effort. The Spurs remain last in the Southwest Division at 8-and-35. Next up is the Oklahoma City Thunder, who come to town on Wednesday night.
