1 President Trump Says Pentagon Won't Livestream Fort Hood Shooter's Execution
President Trump now says the Pentagon will not livestream the firing squad execution of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Malik Hasan. The decision follows criticism from Republicans and Democrats, including concerns that the footage could encourage extremism. Vice President JD Vance had said he would not watch it, and Trump said broadcasting the execution might discourage terrorism, but acknowledged many people did not want to see someone die. Hasan’s execution is scheduled for December 3rd, and immediate relatives of his victims will be allowed to attend if they choose. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth says supports the change.

3 Tesla Demonstrates Flying Roadster Car At Event
Tesla has shown off a redesigned Roadster that briefly flew, drove upside down and, according to the company, reached 60 miles per hour in less than a second. The demonstration took place near Waco, Texas, last night, nearly nine years after Tesla first revealed plans for its next sports car. The vehicle uses powerful fans to pull it toward the road and compressed-air thrusters to lift and turn it. During the event, it drove along an upside-down ramp, flipped around, and landed. Elon Musk says the Roadster will arrive in 2028, but the company did not announce a price or driving range. There are still questions about which features would be allowed on public roads, and Musk acknowledged that some of its abilities might not be legal everywhere.
