1 Family Cleared As Possible Suspects In Nancy Guthrie Disappearance

Savannah Guthrie shared an emotional video about her missing mother Nancy Guthrie, saying “We still have hope” and urging those involved to “do the right thing.” Investigators found multiple gloves near Nancy’s home, including one that may match a suspect seen in FBI footage. The FBI said the glove’s DNA does not match scene evidence and will be added to a national database; local officials say it’s not tied to anyone “close” to Nancy. “TMZ” reports a fourth email from someone claiming to have seen Nancy south of the border, demanding $50-thousand in bitcoin for details. The sheriff of Pima County, Arizona, shared that the family of Nancy Guthrie has been cleared of involvement in her disappearance, in a statement.

2 Two Killed And Three Injured At Rhode Island High School Hockey Game

Two people were killed and three others were hurt after a gunman opened fire during a high school hockey game at the Dennis M. Lynch Arena in Pawtucket, Rhode Island yesterday afternoon. Police were called to the scene just before 2:30 pm; one victim was found dead inside the arena, and another died at a hospital, with both fatalities appearing to be adults. The suspected shooter was also found dead at the scene from what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves said the shooting appears to have been a targeted event tied to a family dispute involving one family. The game between two high school co-op teams was being livestreamed online, and the incident was captured on video.

3 Father Of Georgia High School Mass Shooting Suspect Going On Trial For Murder

The murder trial for Colin Gray, the father of the teenager accused of carrying out a mass shooting at Apalachee High School in Georgia in 2024, began yesterday. Prosecutors say Gray gave his 14-year-old son an AR-15-style rifle as a Christmas present, despite being warned that the boy had an interest in mass shooters and was hearing voices. Two students and two teachers were killed in the September 2024 shooting; Gray faces murder and manslaughter charges and has pleaded not guilty.
