Brad Simpson's attorneys are calling on prosecutors to present the evidence against him or drop the murder charge. Investigators charged Simpson last week with the murder of his wife, Suzanne Clark Simpson. Her body hasn't been found, and there's a question as to whether some of the evidence in the affidavit would be admissible in court. Simpson's attorneys filed a motion on Thursday asking prosecutors to prove there's enough evidence to make a murder case. Meantime, Simpson is jailed in Bexar County on a federal firearms charge.
