A massive migrant caravan is making its way through Mexico on it's way to the Texas border. Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz says the cartels know what will happen if Trump wins. The Texas Republican says these caravans will have an immediate impact on her border community. Hospitals fill with injured migrants, forcing out Americans. She fears that more will be forming. That's also putting pressure on the Mexico government, which has been stepping up the enforcement of their immigration laws.
