The latest campaign finance reports show Republican candidates in tight Texas House races are outraising their Democratic opponents by wide margins. The flood of donated cash is helping GOP House nominees run more TV and online ads, and is funding direct mail, canvassing and polling ahead of next week's elections. Republicans in a dozen competitive districts pulled in $11 million over the past month, compared to less than $3.5 million collectively raised by the Democratic candidates.
