A judge is ordering the euthanization of three dogs belonging to a woman who faces charges for an attack that killed a one-year-old boy. Bexar County deputies seized the dog that attacked the boy. The owner, 36-year-old Heather Rodriguez, agreed to surrender the dog, but not the other two that were also seized. The purpose of Thursday's dangerous dog hearing was for Rodriguez to explain why she didn't willingly surrender the two dogs. Rodriguez has ten-days to appeal the euthanization ruling. She faces criminal charges for the attack.
