Texas Judge Grants Delay In Scheduled Execution

A Texas judge is granting a temporary pause on the execution of death row inmate Robert Roberson. Roberson was scheduled to be executed via lethal injection Thursday evening for the death of his daughter in 2002. Since then, the science behind what's known as "shaken baby syndrome" has been debunked, and lawmakers argue the state's "junk science" law should halt Roberson's execution.
