Former H.S. Student On Trial For Murder Of Classmate Claims Self-Defense

A John Jay High School student accused of murdering his classmate is facing the possibility of life behind bars. The murder trial of Jesus San Miguel is underway in San Antonio. San Miguel is accused of killing classmate Joshua Kinnaman in April of last year. Prosecutors say the two friends had gotten into a fight involving a woman at La Fiesta de Jalisco when San Miguel drew a knife and stabbed his friend before running away. San Miguel's attorneys are claiming their client acted in self-defense.
