A 61-year-old Texas Death Row inmate responsible for five murders is the fifth person the state has executed this year. Garcia Glenn White was sentenced to die for the 1989 stabbing deaths of a Houston woman and her twin 16-year old girls in their apartment. White confessed to the murders in 1995, after he was arrested for killing a grocery store owner. He also admitted he'd beaten another woman to death in 1989. White received the lethal injection at the Texas State Penitentiary in Huntsville on Tuesday evening.
