The Rangers hit a pair of home runs to take down the Athletics in an AL West rivalry matchup. Texas defeated Oakland 5-1 at the Oakland Coliseum. Adolis Garcia and Wyatt Langford each hit a two-run homer, while Nathaniel Lowe finished with one RBI. Matt Festa earned his sixth win after throwing two-and-a-third scoreless innings of relief. The Rangers have won two of three and sit third in the division at 75-and-83. They visit the A's again this afternoon. Right-hander Kumar Rocker is set to start opposite Oakland righty J.T. Ginn.
