Vice President Kamala Harris's husband is coming to San Antonio today. Doug Emhoff will participate in a get-out-the-vote rally, joined by Mayor Ron Nirenberg, U.S. Rep. Joaquin Castro, and his twin brother, former Mayor Julian Castro. On Tuesday, Emhoff will continue his two-day Texas trip, campaigning for Democrats with appearances in Austin and Houston. So far the venues haven't been announced. Republicans say they're delighted to see Emhoff wasting his time by campaigning in Texas.
