A pipeline fire near Houston is still burning. This is now the third day that flames are shooting into the sky. Some neighborhoods in the suburbs of Deer Park and La Porte remain evacuated. They were evacuated Monday when a truck hit the above-ground pipe, which is located in a substation. The utility company says that crews are isolating the section of the pipeline closest to the fire and the product it burning out. But county officials say that air quality checks must be done before residents can go home.
