The Astros salvaged their series finale after shutting out the Phillies 10-0 at Citizens Bank Park. Spencer Arrighetti earned the win after striking out 11 batters over seven and two-thirds scoreless innings. Yordan Alvarez led the way at the plate after going four for four with three home runs and four RBIs. Chas McCormick and Jake Meyers each drove-in a pair of runs. The Astros remain first in the AL West at 71-and-62. They return home to host the Kansas City Royals tonight. Right-hander Hunter Brown is scheduled to start opposite Kansas City righty Brady Singer.
