Astros Shut Out Orioles To Open Series

The Astros opened their four-game series at Camden Yards with a 6-0 victory over the Orioles. Spencer Arrighetti was credited with the win after striking out six batters over six scoreless innings. Ben Gamel and Shay Whitcomb each drove in a pair of runs for the 'Stros. Houston snapped a two-game losing skid and remains atop the AL West at 69-and-58. They visit the Orioles again tonight. Right-hander Hunter Brown is scheduled to start opposite Baltimore southpaw Cade Povich.
