Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's office is investigating claims of voter fraud in Bexar, Frio, and Atascosa Counties. The 81st Judicial District Attorney's Office notified the A-G's Election Integrity Unit in 2022 about claims of election fraud and vote harvesting during that year's elections. A two-year probe turned up enough evidence to result in the execution of search warrants on Tuesday. Bexar County Elections Administrator Jacque Calallen says her office will assist with the investigation.
