A Galveston County jury says the parents of accused Santa Fe High School shooter Dimitrios Pagourtzis aren't civilly liable for his actions. Jurors reached the verdict on Monday. They assigned 80-percent responsibility for the shooting to Pagourtzis and 20-percent to online ammo seller Luckygunner. Relatives of the eight students and two teachers killed in the 2018 shooting said Pagourtzis's parents knew their son was mentally ill but didn't do enough to prevent the shooting. The suspect has been found incompetent to stand trial.
