Details about how the San Antonio Missions' proposed downtown baseball stadium would be financed are now on the table. During Wednesday's city council meeting, the plan was revealed to be a joint effort involving the city, Bexar County, and Missions ownership. City officials say the stadium would have fixed seating for 4,500 fans and a total capacity of 7,500. San Antonio CFO Ben Gorzell estimates the cost of the stadium at about $160 million. Construction would be completed in 2031.
