Former Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin says all government entities involved should do as the city did and release their records about the Robb Elementary school shooting. Uvalde city officials on Saturday released police video, audio, texts, and emails concerning the bungled police response to the deadly shooting in 2022. Uvalde County, the Department of Public Safety, and the Uvalde school district are under court order to release their records related to the shooting. All three agencies are appealing the order. McLaughlin is now a Republican candidate for the Texas House.
