Astros Smash Sox To Sweep Series And Stretch Streak

The Astros smashed the Red Sox 10-2 to sweep their three-game series from Fenway Park. Jeremy Pena blasted a two-run homer while Alex Bregman and Yordan Alvarez slugged solo shots. Hunter Brown got the win after giving up both runs and striking out nine batters over five-plus innings. The Astros have won five in-a-row and sit atop the AL West at 62-and-55. They travel to face the Tampa Bay Rays this evening. Left-hander Framber Valdez will start opposite Tampa Bay righty Taj Bradley.
