The Astros were shutout in their series finale against the Rays. Houston lost to Tampa Bay 1-0 at Minute Maid Park. Yordan Alvarez had two of the team's three hits in the setback. Starting pitcher Spencer Arrighetti was charged with the loss and dropped to 4-and-10 after striking out a dozen batters and allowing one run through six innings. The Astros have lost two straight and sit second in the AL West at 57-and-54. They travel to play the Texas Rangers tonight. Right-hander Hunter Brown will start opposite Texas southpaw Andrew Heaney.
