City officials in Gruene are announcing the 38th annual Gruene Music and Wine Festival coming up in the fall. The festival will offer up more than 25 Texas wines and more than a dozen beers, plus lots of live music. The four-day event takes place on October 10th through the 13th, with different events and different music lineups scheduled for each day. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday.
