A GOP megadonor from Pennsylvania is backing Governor Abbott's school choice efforts to the tune of another four-million-dollar donation. A campaign finance report filed this week revealed the April donation from Jeff Yass, a billionaire TikTok investor. Abbott will reportedly use the funds to defeat Republicans in the Texas House who oppose private school vouchers. In December, Yass donated six-million-dollars to Abbott, which may be the biggest single political donation in Texas history.
