Another failed inspection is reported at the Oklahoma County Detention Center. The detention center failed its ninth straight inspection by the Oklahoma State Department of Health after jail employees refused to allow inspectors inside the facility on Tuesday. The Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office says the state health department exceeded its authority when its inspectors showed up to the jail unannounced. Health officials say that state law allows inspectors to show up unannounced, and it prohibits jail officials from barring their entry.
