Houston Public Works says hundreds of traffic signals were still out of commission as of Wednesday. TxDOT crews have been on the job since Monday repairing traffic lights, but Public Works says 515 signals are completely dark, 75 others are flashing red, and more than 50 are seriously damaged. Local drivers are reminded to treat intersections with non-working signals as though they're four-way stops.
