As of the 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon, Beryl remained a tropical storm with maximum sustained winds of 65 mph. The storm is still expected to reach hurricane strength before it makes landfall early Monday morning.
Beryl has turned north-northwest and should turn northward overnight before making landfall along the middle Texas coast early on Monday before dawn.
