Bexar County Commissioners Court is giving the green light to a tax incentive for the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas plant. Commissioners on Tuesday approved a ten-year, 100% tax abatement for the plant, which plans to bring more than 400 jobs to the area. The company says it will invest more than half a billion dollars in the project, which was originally proposed to the commissioners a month ago. The project will expand existing facilities and add a new stand-alone building.
