The San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department plans to host what it calls the "World's Largest Swimming Lesson" next week. Parks and Rec wants people to know swimming lessons save lives by keeping people from drowning. The free lesson is available for ages four and up, from 10 to 11 a.m. next Thursday. Registration is onsite and starts an hour ahead of time. The event will be held at 19 public pools across San Antonio.
