Two protesters are in custody after several thousand people marched in a pro-Palestinian rally in downtown Austin on Sunday afternoon. The Austin police, Travis County deputies, and the Texas Department of Public Safety haven't yet said what the arrests were about. The march attracted people from around the state to demand a cease-fire in the Israel-Hamas war, the release of political prisoners, and an end to state and federal funding of Israel's war effort.
