A murder suspect is in custody in Bexar County after being on the run for more than 20 years. San Antonio police say Jose Mejia shot three people, including a six-year-old child, in 2002 during a bungled drug deal on the city's West Side. One of the shooting victims died of his wounds. Mejia evaded arrest for 22-years. The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and the U-S Marshals Service discovered he was in Mexico, and worked with Mexican authorities to arrest and extradite him.
