Starting pitcher Jack Leiter was charged with his first loss of the season after he allowed six runs through one-and-two-thirds innings. The Rangers are sitting second in the AL West at 22-and-22. They will close out their three-game set against Cleveland tonight. Right-hander Jon Gray is scheduled to start against Guardians righty Carlos Carrasco.
