The Astros failed to put an end to their losing streak once again. Houston fell to the New York Yankees 9-4 at Yankee Stadium. Jeremy Pena was 3-for-4 with a home run in the losing effort. Kyle Tucker hit his 11th home run of the season on a solo shot in the first inning. Starting pitcher Spencer Arrighetti slipped to 0-and-4 after allowing five runs in five innings. The Astros have lost four in-a-row and sit at the bottom of the AL West at 12-and-24. They close out their three-game set against New York this afternoon. Right-hander Ronel Blanco will start opposite Yankees righty Marcus Stroman.
