The Astros earned a series split with their in-state rivals following a 10-5 victory over the Rangers in the finale from Arlington. Victor Caratini slugged a three-run homer, while Yordan Alvarez also went yard and finished with three RBI. Houston is now 4-and-7 on the season and will visit the Royals for a three-game series tonight. Jared Walsh drove in a pair of runs for Texas, which scored all of its runs in the bottom of the first inning. The Rangers slipped to 6-and-4 and will host the Athletics in a three-game set tonight.
