The Texans are adding a former first-round pick to their secondary. ESPN reports that Houston is signing cornerback C.J. Henderson to a one-year deal worth up to 3.25-million dollars. Henderson was selected ninth overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2020 NFL Draft out of Florida. He was selected three picks after Jeff Okudah, who signed with the team earlier this offseason. The 25-year-old Henderson totaled 39 tackles and two passes defended in 12 games with the Carolina Panthers last season.
