The Texans are rewarding a big-time playmaker from last season's offense with a new contract. NFL Network reports that Houston is re-signing tight end Dalton Schultz to a three-year, 36-million dollar deal prior to him hitting unrestricted free agency next week. The deal includes 23.5-million dollars fully guaranteed. Schultz recorded 59 receptions for 635 yards and five touchdowns in 15 games last season. The 27-year-old began his career with a five-year stint suiting up for the Dallas Cowboys. He has 270 catches for 2,757 yards and 22 TD's in 90 career games.
