The Stars' cold streak continued with their sixth loss in the last seven games. Dallas fell to the Colorado Avalanche 5-1 at Ball Arena. Logan Stankoven scored his second career goal in the losing effort. Jake Oettinger allowed five goals and finished with 22 saves in net. The Stars are tied with Winnipeg atop the Central Division at 35-17-and-9. They return home to host the Jets tomorrow night.
