Former South Carolina Governor and UN Secretary Nikki Haley says she's prepared to lead a younger observative vanguard in the GOP. The Republican presidential hopeful brought her campaign to Dallas last night with additional stops scheduled in Houston and San Antonio. She still faces long-shot odds: Last month, a University of Houston poll showed Haley trailing former President Trump by more than 60 percentage points.
