A San Antonio resident is a new millionaire thanks to a winning Powerball ticket bought at a West Side store. The lucky ticket was sold at Q Food Mart on North Zarzamora near West Martin Street. Texas Lottery officials say the Quick Pick ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers drawn on January 31st, but not the red Powerball number. The winner has chosen to remain anonymous.
