Fire officials are trying to determine the cause of a massive blaze at a chicken farm in rural Texas. The fire broke out on Monday at Feather Crest Farms on Highway 21 in Kurten, about 15-minutes outside of Bryan. Firefighters from several counties responded to the scene, and the firefighting effort caused low water pressure for residents in the area. In addition, Bryan Texas Utilities cut the power to about 140 customers for the duration. The power has been restored and the fire is contained, but some officials say it may not be put out for days.
