Patrick Mahomes completed 17-of-23 passes for 215 yards and two touchdowns in a game that switched leads five times. Kelce finished with five catches for 75 yards and two scores, while Isiah Pacheco had 97 rushing yards and the go-ahead TD. Mahomes and Kelce have now connected on 16 postseason touchdowns, which is the most in NFL history. The Chiefs move on to face Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game. Josh Allen passed for 186 yards, rushed for 72 yards and accounted for three total TD's in the losing effort. Tyler Bass missed a potential game-tying 44-yard field goal with just under two minutes remaining as the Bills' season came to an end.
