The Israel-Hamas war is raging on in the Gaza Strip. An Israeli Forces spokesman has suggested the military offensive in Gaza could last throughout 2024 as their forces are getting ready for prolonged fighting. This comes as tensions in the Middle East were raised over the weekend after U.S. helicopters traded fire with Iran-back Houthi rebels in the Red Sea. It's also as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continues to push back against any calls for a cease-fire between his country and Hamas.
