A mistrial has been declared for a San Antonio mother accused of starving her child. Jennifer Delgado's 6-year old daughter with cerebral palsy weighed just 19 pounds when she was brought to the hospital in 2018. The trial on injury to a child charges started yesterday, but when her attorney admitted he had not reviewed the girl's medical records in court earlier today, the judge declared the mistrial. A new trial date is now set for February next year.
