Six people are dead in a crime spree that stretched from San Antonio to Austin. The suspect in the killings of two people in a Bexar County home is under arrest in Austin for several three shootings there. One of the Austin shootings wounded an Austin ISD police officer yesterday morning. Another shooting last night wounded an Austin police officer. Four people were found murdered in Austin and two in San Antonio. Acting on a tip from the Austin police, Bexar County deputies went to a home on Port Royal Street. They found man and a woman in their 50s dead in a bedroom. He didn't immediately know how they were killed but said the manner was violent. The relationship between the couple and the suspect arrested in Austin isn't yet known.
