A teenager is indicted for murder in the fatal stabbing of a John Jay High School student. Prosecutors say 18-year-old Jesus San Miguel stabbed 18-year-old Joshua Kinnaman on April 4th. The two teens were both at a restaurant on Marbach Road, across the street from the school, when they got into an argument that escalated to a fight and ended with the stabbing. San Miguel was indicted on Thursday. If he's convicted, he could face a maximum sentence of life in prison.
