Austin officials are reporting a pro-Palestinian rally that drew a crowd of about 10,000 to the capital city on Sunday. The protest at the Capitol Building is believed to be the biggest pro-Palestinian rally in Texas since the war between Israel and Hamas started last month. Hamas triggered the war on October 7th with an attack that killed more than a thousand Israeli civilians. Protesters called for a ceasefire and accused Governor Greg Abbott of genocide. Abbott visited Israel on November 2nd in a show of support.
