A fourth special session of the Texas Legislature is underway. Gov. Greg Abbott called the session after lawmakers wrapped up the third session on Tuesday without passing bills dealing with school vouchers and border security. Abbott praised the Legislature for protecting Texans from forced vaccinations and increasing penalties for human smuggling, but he said there's more work to do. The fourth special legislative session started at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
