Local law enforcement is planning for additional patrols this evening for Halloween night. A San Antonio Police spokesman reminds trick-or-treaters to wear reflective clothes and carry a flashlight or glowsticks. The San Antonio police and the Bexar County Sheriff's Office are both stepping up patrol tonight and keeping a close watch on everybody on the sex offender registry.
